designing better processes
I focus on understanding creative workflows from inception to delivery in order to solve root operational issues. Good processes save time and money. Good processes reduce frustration. I build systems that are light enough for small teams and durable enough to support multiple projects. Process development might appear mundane, but I find time and again that clear media structures keep teams aligned and allow work to be easily found and edited without chaos. Below are selected operational structures that demonstrate how I run creative and marketing practices.
Asset Pipeline
Streamlined handoffs are created through non-negotiable sequenced steps. File organization, culling, and standardized exports are a must so teammates can jump in mid-workflow and know exactly where to find what they need.
File Management
Each box in the diagram represents a folder level. All photos and videos are stored in a consistent folder structure with standardized naming, so assets stay traceable and easy to reuse.
Campaign Workflow
A sample campaign pipeline from strategy through results analysis. Messaging stays aligned across channels and performance insights can directly inform the next cycle.
